A great roaming range extender for Xfinity Xfi modem/routers.

I have had this unit for about a year, so time to write a review. I tried the Xfinity pods but I could never get them to stay connected, and when they did the range was poor and they would constantly drop devices. This unit works great as a roaming extender using the same SSID and Password. The signal is strong and the range is outstanding. One complaint I read is having to reboot the unit. I have to do that also. Sometimes it will just drop, so I just unplug it and plug it back in. This does not happen often, maybe once a month or so, and I think that is just the deal when using a range extender. The drop problem may be the Xfinity Xfi unit and not this unit, no way for me to tell. This unit really does a great job as a roaming range extender, just unplug/reboot it now and then.
