How Fast Can You Beat Pokemon Red/Blue with Just a Machamp? No Item Run

The champ is here and ready to see if we can get our first ever sub-3 hour run in Pokémon Red/Blue. Dust off your replica championship belt and clang a couple of beers together as we see how fast we can chop our way through the game!

Solo Run Rules:
1. No use of items in battle.
2. No use of skips/exploits.
3. I can only use the title Pokemon in battle. No switching. No other Pokemon will see a battle.
4. No saving between Elite 4 members. This promotes consistent strategy and makes relying on luck much harder.
