The Enforcement Directorate has refused to downgrade the Lookout Circular (LOC) issued against Bollywood actor Jacqueline Fernandez in connection with Rs 200 crore extortion case involving conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar, as per sources.
The ED is expected to soon attach the gifts, including luxury cars, diamonds and bags, given to actors Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi by conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar, sources told India Today.
