In 2018, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University established the XJTLU Entrepreneur College (Taicang) to execute its XJTLU 2.0 education model.

The XJTLU 2.0 model, also known as the Syntegrative Education (SE) model, integrates professional education, industry education, management and entrepreneurship education. It cultivates elite international professionals who can integrate knowledge and skills from various fields, in the hope of leading the future development of industry.

XJTLU Entrepreneur College (Taicang) consists of seven industry-themed schools and one Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Hub, and offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The College fosters innovative education and pragmatic research projects in a collaborative manner among academics, students and industry experts.
