Jakarta, Indonesia — Jakarta is a bustling city full of friendly faces, shopping malls, and delicious deep fried street food. We decided to venture out to west Jakarta in a more local neighborhood and we were so surprised what we were greeted with. The kindness never ceases to amaze us and we had the best day seeing what everyday life looks like for the locals while also getting treated with some free BBQ goat! Next we headed towards a mall nearby for some much needed A/C! There was a local band playing and a beautiful rooftop sunset to end our awesome day in this wild city!
