10th ICSE (CONCISE MATHEMATICS) : TRIGNOMETRICAL IDENTITIES (Examples Part - III (part-1))

This video explains the examples of chapter Trignometrical identities in Maths Concise (Selina)

First of all, the three sides of right angles triangle has been explained
Side opposite to 90° is known as Hypotenuse
Side having both the angles (θ and 90° is known as Base(Adjacent)
Side opposite to angle (θ ) is known as Perpendicular (Opposite)

This

Sinθ = Perpendicular (Opposite)/ Hypotenuse
Cosθ = Base (Adjacent / Hypotenuse
Tanθ = Perpendicular (Opposite)/ Base (Adjacent)

Then three trigonometrical identities have been explained

sin^2θ +cos^2θ = 1
sec^2θ - tan ^2θ =1
cosec^2θ -cot^2θ =1

Also tanθ = sinθ/ cosθ, tanθ = 1/cotθ, cotθ = cosθ/ sinθ,
sinθ = 1/ cosecθ, cosθ = 1/ secθ

Then STEPS ( tricks) to solve these identities have been explained
STEPS
1) Convert into
sin & cos form

2) Take LCM

3) Apply Identity

After all the above explanation, how to solve the following examples have been explained

Example 5 (ii) Prove that tanA +secA -1/ tanA -secA +1 = 1+sinA/cosA

Solving the above problem in two ways
