Hot on the heels of Donald Trump's lunatic idea for expelling Gazans to countries around the region, an Israeli cabinet minister echoed the merits of the plan and suggested that countries that had supported Palestinians while the IDF obliterated their homes should accept the traumatized Gazans as refugees. Following that historically illiterate outburst none other than commentator at large, Douglas Murray, chimed in with the same suggestion, promoting Ireland (among others) as a venue for hosting displaced Palestinians. In this video, I suggest that while an Israeli cabinet minister might be forgiven for being historically uninformed, Murray has no such excuse. Ireland will not be complicit in or an accomplice to a Crime Against Humanity. Our history will not allow us to.
