We had the chance to speak with the award-winning filmmaker Steven LaMorte about one of his latest projects, "The Mean One." The film takes the age-old Christmas tale of The Grinch and delves into a sinister path that sees the bloodthirsty iconic character murder Cindy's parents and deliver chaos to the quiet and sleepy mountain town.

LaMorte is set to take on another iconic character in the just announced "Steamboat Willie" film which he will helm that will tear the family-friendly image of the beloved character that is the face of the Mouse House's Mickey Mouse and in turn bring us a twisted take with purely unhinged terror.
