This video shows three restaurants I discovered on my way back to my hometown of Fukuoka from Nagoya.😄

1️⃣[Kishimen Sumiyoshi]🍜

This popular kishimen noodle restaurant has multiple locations on JR Nagoya Station's conventional line platforms 3, 4, 7, and 8, as well as the Shinkansen platform. It serves stand-up soba noodles with a meal ticket system.

The restaurant boasts a special broth seasoned with bonito flakes and soy sauce, chewy flat noodles, and freshly fried tempura.

The restaurant on conventional line platforms 3 and 4 is known as one of the few places to serve freshly fried tempura on the station platform.

Their specialty is the generously topped "kakiage kishimen."

This restaurant is popular with locals and tourists alike as a convenient spot to enjoy Nagoya's famous kishimen noodles while waiting or transferring at JR Nagoya Station.


2️⃣[WEST](Udon chain restaurant)🍜

This udon noodle chain, famous in Fukuoka, offers a variety of dishes, including dashi-flavored udon noodles, soba tempura, and motsunabe (offal hotpot).

The meal ticket system is my top recommendation! Meat and burdock tempura udon. It was so delicious, I ate every last drop, even the soup, as usual. 😃
Our signature udon broth is made in-house daily and is packed with the delicious flavors of horse mackerel and dried sardines! ️
Our refreshing yet gentle broth and freshly fried tempura are our most popular dishes.
We also offer a wide variety of izakaya-style dishes in the evening! Our motsunabe (offal hotpot) made with udon broth is extremely popular.

3️⃣[Kikori]🍺

This lovely restaurant, located in Iikura, Sawara Ward, has relocated and is now offering a spacious, homey atmosphere. 👍
The chef is very particular about his fish, carefully selecting only the finest fish, either caught personally or sourced from the fish market, so I highly recommend ordering a fish dish.

Today's Menu:
The appetizers were mapo tofu made with offal instead of ground pork, adult potato salad, a sashimi platter, grilled yam teppanyaki, and chicken sashimi.
The sashimi was, as expected, exquisite. 👍Please give it a try.
Everything was delicious, and I found a restaurant I'd definitely like to visit again💖
