अक्सर ये समझा जाता है कि breast surgery सिर्फ cosmetic कारणों से की जाती है, लेकिन असल में ऐसा नहीं है। बहुत बार महिलाएं अपनी daily life में, health में, और यहां तक कि confidence में तकलीफ महसूस करती हैं, सिर्फ इसलिए क्योंकि उनके breast का size बहुत heavy होता है।

Breast Reduction Surgery किन महिलाओं के लिए होती है?
अगर किसी महिला को:

या फिर bra strap के निशान और skin infection होते हैं,

Common technique है Inverted-T (Anchor) – जिसमें vertical और horizontal दोनों scar होते हैं, लेकिन वो bra line में hidden रहते हैं।
दूसरी technique है Lollipop Technique – इसमें सिर्फ vertical scar रहता है।

1st week में basic काम (जैसे kitchen work, computer work) allowed
2 हफ्ते में light work
4 हफ्ते में gym join किया जा सकता है (sports bra पहनकर)
6–8 हफ्ते में full physical activity possible होती है
Post-Surgery Physio और Care
3rd day से हम shoulder exercises और breast massage शुरू करवाते हैं
Posture correction बहुत ज़रूरी है क्योंकि breast weight कम होने के बाद body का balance change होता है

क्या ये Surgery का Result Permanent होता है?
Mostly yes, provided आप:
अपना ideal weight maintain करें
lifestyle balanced रखें
और hormonal changes (जैसे pregnancy या menopause) का ध्यान रखें

Lactation (Feeding) पर असर पड़ता है क्या?
