Max Stassi is a 7 year MLB catcher and one of our favorite guys to talk with this year. Max was very articulate about his equipment, why he choses each item, and how it benefits his game. He gives a good in-depth look at the Force3 Defender mask, which Max insists has really helped him avoid head injuries while behind the plate.

While aspiring catchers should definitely check this out, Max also offered some great advice at the end of the video for any young athlete could benefit from.
