Kishore Kumar_Mone Pore Sei Sab Din - EP and CD versions (Antarghaat; Salil Chowdhury; Inreco; 1979)

A classic in all respects. One of Kishore Kumar's finest songs in Bengali. A brilliant composition by Salil Chowdhury, ad the master wrote the beautiful lyrics too. (The Hindi version is "Man Kare Yaad Wo Din" from the film Aakhri Badla, which was written by Yogesh.)

Unfortunately, Inreco released an edited version on an EP record in 1979, and then released the complete version on cassettes and CDs in the later eighties and mid-nineties, respectively. Here. I have shared on request, back-to-back, the EP extract (truncated, slightly noisy version but with open sound) and a CD version released in 1995 by Inreco (CD titled Tribute to Salil Chowdhury). The songs were released under the album title Antarghaat. The movie's release was delayed by nearly ten years! The released movie was titled Swarna Trisha.
