Ricardo Dos Santos speaks out after being stopped again by Met police officers | 5 News

► A complaint has been made over the second police stop of Portuguese sprinter Ricardo Dos Santos and the matter has been referred to the police watchdog.

Dos Santos was stopped in west London in the early hours of Sunday, when the Metropolitan Police said officers thought he was using his phone while driving. It's the second time the sprinter has been spotted by police and is accusing them of racial profiling.
