BEST All Round Tier 3? - Prefecture Guards - Conqueror's Blade Gameplay

So we are back with some more Conqueror's Blade as we dive into one of my favourite tier 3 units the Prefecture Guards. These guys have been a solid unit since the game first launched but with the recent mastery lines and tier 3 lock at the start of the season they have perhaps become the best all round tier 3 melee unit, thoughts?
