Built after dioxide's heartseeker build with some variations on legendaries and paragon because of missing 24 paragon points, but the gist is the same.

Gear recommendations:
Minimum: masterwork 4 gear
Recommended: Masterwork 6+ gear

If you have great or even bis gear this is a lot easier and you can skip mechanics by out-dpsing and staggering lilith before many mechanics in all phases trigger.
