Thought it'd be fun to bring this series back, and share a selection of crossings I recorded across 2024! I had fun traveling to a few different places this year, like Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Indiana, and the Carolinas. In fact, I recorded so many good crossings this year that I've split this compilation into three different parts!

For those who may remember, I made some compilations of crossings a few years back, inspired by what ‪@UKLevelCrossingsChannel‬ and ‪@JTCrossingsUK‬, though I stopped with 2016 and hadn't really picked it up again. Admittedly, the reason why this series had been on hiatus for so long was partially because I couldn't entirely figure out how I wanted to continue the series, especially in terms of naming it, as it originally specified crossings in the southeastern US. The issue with that was that, in 2017, I started visiting parts of the US outside of the southeast to film crossings in, and I guess you can see where the issues started. The other part was that how I was doing these videos at the time took a lot of time and effort to edit, and I just didn't feel like doing them, so I decided to simplify the editing as a result. I do intend on getting the 2017-2023 compilations edited and uploaded before the end of the year, and will hopefully start doing these as a follow-up to my annual best catches of the year compilations.
