The second round of the new Tera Raid event for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet has arrived - it's a Tera Dragon Charizard! Galar and Sinnoh join brings the storm as the Fire-weak Froslass weathers the heat with the help of Alcremie!

EVs: 252 HP / 6 SpAtk / 252 SpDef
IV: MAX HP, SpAtk, SpDef and Speed (Ideally)
Calm Nature
Draining Kiss
Tera Blast

アンナ's Mon
Alcremie @ Covert Cloak
EVs: MAX HP and SpDef
IV: MAX HP and SpDef
Calm Nature
Decorate
Helping Hand
Light Screen
Fake Tears

Strategy:
Wait for Light Screen before using Draining Kiss 3x
Terastallize immediately after and keep fighting until your stat boosts are wiped
Alcremie will ideally have used Fake Tears 3x before this, thus freeing it up to use Decorate or Helping Hand
Keep using Draining Kiss or Tera Blast until you win
Use Heal Cheers when needed

Notes:
Bellibolt NPC is very useful because of its extra Light Screen
Gardevoir NPC has Life Dew, might come in clutch
Assault Vest gives you extra bulk, very useful when you're not Terastallized
