The Singapore Civil Defence Force's Rota Commander Course (RCC) is an intensive training program designed to groom future leaders within the organisation. It equips selected SCDF officers with the necessary skills, knowledge, and expertise to assume the role of a Rota Commander, who is responsible for leading and managing emergency response operations.
