Soaked boiled Moong: 2 cups
Chopped Cucumber: half cup
Chopped Coriander: half cup
Chopped Apple: half cup
Chopped Tomato: half cup
Lettuce or Onion: half cup (optional)
Grated Carrot: half cup
Roasted Peanuts: 1/4 cup
Lime juice: 2 tbsp
Jeera powder: 1 tbsp
Chilli powder: 1 tsp (or as per taste)
Salt: as per taste
Chaat masala: 1 tbsp
**You can add your choice of vegetables**
