Have you ever tried this combo? It is so refreshing and perfect for the warm weather. Matcha usually goes well with a lot of fruits but we tried it with guava and it is too good to pass up!

RECIPE
Ingredients
2 tsp ONE ORGANIC matcha
1/3 cup hot water
8 oz oat milk
2 tbsp guava jam
ice

Instructions
1. Sift the matcha powder into a bowl and add half the water. Whisk until the powder is dissolved.
2. Pour in the remaining water and whisk vigorously for 30 seconds.
3. Raise the whisk to the surface of the foam and continue whisking in a gentle zigzag motion for an additional 10 seconds.
4. Scoop the guava jam into a measuring cup and add water to dilute the jam. Stir until smooth.
5. Pour the guava mixture into a cup and fill a glass with ice.
6. Add the milk and top it off with the matcha mixture.
