A very rare sight to see in the Old Testament is when a prophet delivers a message and it is listened to and acted on. Here we see one of those times. The people listen to the message of Haggai, obey the Lord and continue rebuilding the Temple. This just goes to show that if we as followers of Jesus just obey Him and His word, the Lord will accomplish His mission according to His timing and will. Next week, we will continue and end looking at this brief Book of Haggai. See you then!
