Besides, major bosses in my game have multiple health bars.

Maybe, later in the game, there will be a map where using Shove and Entrap and other tools to make a One Turn Clear happen is necessary, because it's a map where the enemy Boss has taken control of a neutral nation's forces under false pretenses, and deleting that boss so you can talk this out solves the problem but taking this opportunity to eliminate the neutral enemy nation's forces for maximum EXP gain creates political problems for your nation, puts you on the Evil Route, and causes you to lose the faith and aid of your kindest allies.
