Goose Creek, NB, a long forgotten thriving lumbering community of around 60 people 200 years ago. Evidence of the lumbering activities still exists by the remanence of the old boiler now stuck in the mud flats. Goose Creek featured a post office, a small general store, and of course the lumber mill. Located 4km NE of Martin Head in St.John County NB. not too far from St.Martins.
With the help of Gayle and Rachael, as a dynamic filming crew, they walked inch by inch capturing our every thump and bump as we slowly navigated the very difficult technical terrain which descended into the Bay of Fundy at Goose Creek.
The further I followed Scott downward, the more nervous I became. Having my young Grand-daughter with me I was worried about getting back up the hill.
This video followed us down to the beach where we rested and had lunch. My suspicions were realized when we started to leave.
