The ICC has finally issued arrest warrants for Shoigu and Gerasimov to stand trial for their war crimes committed in Ukraine. Russia has responded by committing more war crimes by attacking schools and grocery stores. Ukraine has successfully conducted ATACMS strikes against military targets in Crimea.
