Kristoffer Ace Reynes, the Senior Executive Sous Chef at Sun Siyam Iru Fushi, embarked on his culinary journey inspired by childhood gatherings in his grandmother's ancestral home in the Philippines. Surrounded by great cooks, Kristoffer found his calling in the kitchen at an early age, preferring to spend time cooking rather than playing outside. He recalls, "I grew up in my grandmother's ancestral home... I spent all my time in the kitchen instead of playing with the kids outside."
