In this video I am taking you through my long winded process of making a musical sketch. Once you have the idea of the sketch down, you can easily create a full song from the sketch you've made :)

A quick TLDR;
1) get a drum loop you like
2) Pick the key of the song you want to make
3) Create a chord progression 4, 8, 16 or 32 bars long
4) Copy the root note of the chords as a bassline
5) Create a melody on top that you like
6) ???
7) Profit
