So I recommend speakers from Macbook 12 (2015 - 2017), recently I made speakers swap from Macbook Pro 13 (2020), they are awesome:

ranked from worst to best (only tested speakers):
stock speakers → .... → Galaxy note 10 → Galaxy note 20 → Iphone 12 pro → iphone 13 pro → BlackBerry Passport → Dell xps 13 (2018) → Macbook (2015-2017) → Macbook Pro 13 (2019 - 2020)

UPDATE 2020 (late):
Polarity is not important on those small speaker, no worry about it
Consider equaliser for tuning your speakers - it makes a miracles

You will need some soldering iron, solder and cables, this video also contains "scheme" and non professional comparison, before and after mod speakers are from Samsung Galaxy Note 10+
