How to Make A Charcoal Retort Kiln

Using all of our forestry and sawmill by products to produce charcoal through pyrolysis with a retort kiln made from scrap.
Uses include:
Charcoal for cooking/smoking or barbecue
Charcoal for Forging
Pygas
Charcoal for Bio Char
Materials: Steel gas tank, 55gal drums, industrial shelving legs, scrap 2" pipe from scrapyard.
