(2020, January 22) An ethical dilemma is a situation that a helping professional encounters where a path forward is unclear. There may not be a "right answer" as much as an imperfect solution that emerges after weighing the advantages and disadvantages of all the possible choices. This video provides a lens, based on Kohlberg's model of moral development, through which to view ethical dilemmas. It also outlines moral principles and a decision-making strategy that aid in the process.
