recycled tube beads

I had scraps of rice paper leftover from making rice paper earrings the other day. I painted the scraps with watercolor paint and left them to dry. I saved some tubes that glow sticks came in and glued the paper to it, added seed beads, wire and bead caps and created lovely focal beads. I love using recycled materials and scraps to make something new!
