MGT6311 - Digital Marketing was my last class in the Georgia Tech OMSCS program and I am so happy and proud to be done. MGT6311 - Digital Marketing, according to OMSCentral, is considered one of the easiest courses in the OMSCS program and I have to say, I would have to agree. Digital Marketing covers three main topics; advertising, SEO - Search Engine Optimization, and marketing including video marketing, mobile marketing, and email marketing.

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience in the class and would recommend it with a few stipulations. First, I would definitely recommend this as a paired class in the OMSCS program. Taking this class as a pair along with one of the more difficult classes like Computer Vision or Machine Learning would have been manageable and it would have been able to knock out two courses in that timeframe. Second, I would only recommend this class to students who have some interest in digital marketing. This class gives a great broad view but if you have no application for the course work, I could see it feeling like a waste of the money spent.
