Hey fam! I am just here to tell you that you can get there MUCH faster than 7 years. I had many injuries, stopped training for 2 years, and also focused on other areas in training and life.

With proper and smart training many of you can improve faster. I just don’t want anyone to get discourage. That being said, don’t focus on the time…just KEEP MOVING FORWARD!
