In order to unlock the Running Your Mouth achievement, you must have Max's mouth become lacerated and then get the Motor Mouth from the Man In The Wall while playing through Flow 2.

Use the Lockpick at the start of the game to get into Rodriguez's cell. Use the hole in the wall and on the other side, go through the door. Walk past the two sawblades and then turn right. Go into the door on the right wall.

Kill the enemy and then use the power box near the window to turn on the sawblades. Allow the sawblades in the long hallway to pass the door you came through and then turn the power back off. Exit the room and go to the right. At the end, turn left, and you will see a Knife on a pressure plate. Pick up the Knife.

Head back to the power box and use it to make the sawblades go back past the door. Leave the room, turn left, and then cut the rope on the door with the Knife and go down the ladder. In this next area, either kill the enemy or run past it. Go through the door at the end of the room, turn left, and climb up the ladder.

Go into the room straight ahead and you will find a Screwdriver. Use it on the vent nearby and it will take you back to the cell near the Lockpick you got at the start. Go back through Rodriguez's cell and use the hole.

Walk past the two sawblades and go back down the long hallway. Go to the left just past the door and you will find a vent. Use the Screwdriver on it. After the Lacerator leaves in the room, grab the X Key (and Banana). Leave the room and go right. Use the X Key on the locked door and then go and use the vent ahead.

Follow the path, and you will reach a save point. Interact with the control box and press 3. Go into the cell and grab the Lemon. Take it to the Man In The Wall and give it to him for the Revolver! Go back to room 3 and use the hole in the wall. Follow the path while avoiding sawblades and killing enemies. Grab the Blue Eye from the shelf when you see it and then follow the path to the vent. Use the Screwdriver to be back at the control box.

Use the control box and press 2. Go and place the Blue Eye and then head back to the control box. Press 1 and go into the room. There will be a scene with Stacy. Climb down the ladder afterwards. Follow the path once you are in the sewer and open the door. You will have to fight an enemy at the start of this area, and another one is patrolling the other side.

After dealing with the enemies, go to the back-right corner near the small room and go down the stairs into the water and then back up the other stairs to get out of it. MAKE SURE TO GRAB THE CHEWED GUM TO THE LEFT OF THE STAIRS! You will find the Red Eye here, but once you do, the Lacerator will enter the area. Avoid him and get back to the ladder up out of the sewer!

QUICK NOTE: You can either save this Chewed Gum or give it to the Man In The Wall. There is another Chewed Gum later on, but if you miss it, you cannot get Motor Mouth!

Use the control box and press 2. Go into the room and use the Red Eye on the red half-face. The gate will start to rise, but enemies will enter the room. Kill the enemies. Afterwards, go through the blue door at the top of the stairs.

In the new area, pull the Switch and go to the pool. Go through the righthand door and then turn right and follow the hallway all the way to the end. Use the keypad near the door and input code 359. Go into the room, and after the cutscene, grab the Diamond Emblem.

Leave the room and start going back down the hallway. Make the first right into the kitchen area and go through the door to the left that leads outside. Fight your way to the little building at the back. This is where you need to use the Diamond Emblem, BUT, use the ladder to the left first to climb up. THERE IS ANOTHER CHEWED GUM HERE IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE FIRST ONE! Grab it and go back down.

THIS IS WHERE THE VIDEO STARTS

Use the Diamond Emblem on the door and head inside. Go into the control room, and after the cutscene, grab the banana. MAX'S MOUTH WILL BECOME LACERATED! Now, use the Switch and run through the door before it closes. You will get drugged by the Man In The Wall.

Play through the sequence of going through the apartments (it is very straightforward). After using the Fan to blow away the feather, use the hole in the wall. Interact with the Man In The Wall and give him the Chewed Gum to get the Motor Mouth!
