Hey guys!!

So, first time we're trying a follow along style workout (something we'd like to continue improving on). Today we're doing a full body workout, no equipment needed! Modifications provided (when I remembered..)

Overall I worked up a huge sweat as you can see in the video so hopefully you get a good workout from it too! Currently recovering from a shoulder injury so hoping future videos will have more arm work when I get better! :)

Mountain Climbers
Legs Out and In (From Push Up position)
Knee Circles
Knee to Elbows
Crunches
Russian Twists

Air Squats
Squats into Calve Raise
Squat Jumps (Arms Crossing)
Curtsey Lunges

EXPLOSIVE WORK 22:31
Fast feet into Half Burpee

COOL DOWN 23:31
