My Sawk build:

Pain Split
Protect
Endure
Toxic (If you are not using Red Card). Lum or Berry Juice
Ability: Sturdy

Item: Red Card (You need this for the Initial pokemon at the beginning as you rarely will get a chance to live another attack at level 1. Pain split and protect In combo, use discretion of the opponents hp as you need to get enough back to give you full HP.
Stuff like poison types, steels, taunters and any status wrecks you obviously. I can't believe I didn't get PAR right until the end omg LOL.
