When we train handstands the more opened our body is, the better our practice will be. Here is a Full Body Handstand Warm-up for wrists, shoulders, elbows, and legs. We don’t only want to stretch our wrists, but also mobilize the elbows, shoulders, and spine. We also want to stretch the lower body, especially the hips in order to improve our pike (forward fold) for presses, and straddle position. This full-body warm-up will take care of all those areas for you to make the most out of your hand-balancing practice.
