Since I'm over 70 hours of taking countless renovation contracts, decorating high prestige rooms, renting out properties to various tenants, running open houses, and babysitting tenants to other landlords, I figured I would share the 10 things I wish I knew before starting this landlord simulation so you can have a smooth(er) sailing experience as a landlord!
