On Good Friday, Anna Brown's family members and about 75 supporters gathered outside of the St. Louis County government building in Clayton, Mo., demanding for justice in Brown's case and that St. Louis County officials start providing shelters and reception centers for the homeless.

Organizers say Brown, 29, died alone in a jail cell because she had three strikes against her: she was homeless, she was black, and she was a woman.
