Thank you for listening, to this Wednesday, Healing Bedtime Meditation Compline, Compline night prayers ,Be still, aware of God’s presence within and around you. The focus is on calming all the busyness of our day, that interferes with opening our hearts to God for the final Office of the day.

You can listen to this Meditation Compline at anytime you need help from the overwhelming commitments of our earthly world.
This Meditative Compline is like a daily sleep sanctuary.Sleep Meditation. For a restful night sleep, for peace and tranquility tonight, On the surface this may seem like a repetitive prayer but what this daily discipline does is to establish and keep a connection open with God.

When you breathe in through your nose instead of your mouth, air is able to reach the lower lobes of your lungs. Stimulating your parasympathetic nervous system that is in charge of restoration, relaxation and rejuvenation.
Listening also provides the ability for anyone around the globe to listen at the end of their own day. Remember, the point of the Compline is to not stimulate deep thoughts as with the other Daily Offices, but to feel secure in the light of God. So that we can sleep soundly,and awaken another day in God's service, restored.

The Lords Prayer
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. Save us from the time of trial, and deliver us from evil, for the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours, now and forever.
