BREAKFAST
TURKEY EGG BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE
1/6 th of casserole is 1sp!

▶What you need:
8 eggs
1/2 white onion
1 frozen bag of broccoli
1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
3 slices of turkey bacon
salt and pepper

▶ How to make:
🍳 Step1- cut your onion and add imto bowl, cut your bacon into small pieces and place in bowl, microwave your steamable frozen bag of broccoli and add into the bowl then cut into small pieces with scissors, last beat your eggs and place in casserole dish.

🍳 Step2-  In the casserole dish with eggs add seasonings and your bowl of onion, broccoli, and bacon pour in dish, then add your shredded cheese.

🍳Step3- Bake on 375 for 25 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked in the center.

LUNCH
GREEK CHICKEN SALAD
Makes 6 cups and 1 cup is 0sp!

▶ What you need:
2 chicken breast, diced
1/2 purple onion, diced
1/2 cucumber
4 garlic cloves
1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp sliced black olives
1 can of chickpeas, washed and drained
1/3 cup fat free feta cheese
2 tbap baslmic vingear
1 cup non fat greek plain yogurt
salt + pepper, dried parsley, and everything but the bagel seasoning

▶ How to make:
🍅 Step1- Wash and drain your beans, cut all your veggies, cook your chicken breast with seasonings in skillet. Once chicken is done cut into dices and let cool down.

🍅 Step2- In a large bowl add your cur up veggies, chicken, drained chick peas, feta, greek yogurt, baslmic vingear, and feta cheese. Toss everything together until all is coated well.

DINNER
BEEF CHILI
Makes 10 cups and 1 cup is 1sp!

▶What you need:
-96/ 4 16.5oz lean ground beef
1 white onion, diced
3 cups beef broth
1 can of red kidney beans
1 can of pinto beans
1 can of great northern beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 packet dry chili mix
salt + pepper

▶How to make:
🍲 Step1- Cut your veggies, drain and wash your beans.

🍲Step2- In a crockpot spray with olive oil spray, add your beef, onions, beans, broth, can tomatoes, and seasonings mixing everything together. Place on high for 6 hours.

!! Serve with light sour cream and shredded fat free cheddar cheese!!
