1. Using public transport or facilities without paying the fare
2. Failure to present Nol Card upon request
3. Causing disturbance or inconvenience on public transport (Bus)
4. Smoking inside the metro or tram
5. Spitting or littering


Fine of AED100.00
1. Sitting in areas designated for specific categories
2. Eating or Drinking in prohibited areas
3. Chewing gum when using public transport

Fine of AED500.00
Carrying alcohol inside public transport or its facilities

Fine of AED1,000.00
Carrying hazardous items, such as weapons or flammable materials
