Cosmic Zen

And so I put it all out there
Tossed my heart into the wind
Hoping that something might happen
Dreaming of you and I again

And so it goes, there's a message
Hovering out there somewhere
I can't see through the fog of winter
But I see you everywhere

The spirit is aching for an answer
Adrift in the flood of space and time
I drink from the fountain of eternity
Fall into a well without a sky

And so it goes out to the universe
A message drifting in the cosmic zen
I close my eyes and bask in the warm light
As if you were my lover once again
