How to write a Letter of Intent for commercial real estate

Описание к видео How to write a Letter of Intent for commercial real estate

You hear me say to make an offer quite often, but some of you have reached out about how to write the LOI or Letter of Intent.

In Today's video, I talk about the nine things you need in your Letter of Intent before sending it out to potential property owners.

To summarize what your Letter of Intent (LOI) needs:
1) Buyer
2) Seller
3) Property address
4) Purchase Price
5) Downpayment
6) Inspection Time
7) How is the property being financed
8) Who is the Title/Closing Company
9) If you are a broker/commission

It's that simple, get out there and make some offers on commercial properties and let me know if you have any questions.
