Flour 2 tbsp
Cream 200 ml
Icing Sugar 100 gm
Vanilla Essence 1 tbsp

For Sugar Caramel :
Sugar 250 gm
Water 4 tbsp
Cream 200 gm


Mexican Picadillo Recipe :

Ingredients :
Beef Mince (Hand Chopped) ½ kg
Potato in Cubes ½ kg
Capsicum 2
Garlic 2 tbsp
Tomato Paste 5 tbsp
Chicken Stock 3 cups
Black Pepper 1 tbsp
Cumin Crushed 2 tbsp
Coriander 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green Chili in Cubes 8-10
Oil ½ cup
Oregano 1 tsp
Boiled Rice 3 cups
Onion Chopped 1 large
