In 1998, WWE presented its one and only Brawl For All tournament on Monday Night Raw, an idea Vince Russo claims credit for after hearing Bradshaw talking smack in the locker room. WWE was hoping for a Steve Williams win, but it was not meant to be, and a lot of fans on RSPW that summer were convinced that things were not exactly being treated as the shoot they were portrayed to be.
