👉In this video I share simple steps to help you CHANGE YOUR SELF IMAGE.

👉Did you know that your self image is running your life? Your self image is simply an accumulation of habitual thoughts that you have about yourself. The great news is: Habits can be changed by the Law of Repetition.

👉I'm really excited to share with you how changing my self image, the beliefs that I thought about myself, completely changed my life.

👉If you are struggling with your circumstances and are not happy with the results that you are getting in your life, then begin looking inside. You'll be half way there! Once you become aware of the negative self talk that is going on in your mind, you can catch yourself doing it and change it, by the Law of Repetition.

👉Did you know that 95% of the population try to change their results unsuccessfully, because they don't change their thoughts? Our results are simply a manifestation of our past thoughts, feelings and actions. In order to change our lives, we first need to CHANGE OUR SELF IMAGE. Be the person you were born to be. Embrace who you are and be YOU! Treat yourself with love and respect and watch how people will begin to treat you with love and respect too.

👉We are HUMAN MAGNETS! We attract what we send out. Our state of being is formed by our thoughts, feelings and actions. We will only get different results in our lives when we change our habitual thoughts. If we think the same thoughts every day, we will feel the same feelings and act the same way as we always have.

👉Steps:
1. First, become aware of your internal dialogue.
2. Choose to accept compliments and play them over and over again in your mind.
3. You are unique, stop comparing your life with other peoples lives and concentrate on your own!
4. Respect and love yourself. Treat yourself how you would want your best friend to be treated
5. Every day, look in the mirror and speak out positive affirmations over and over again, until you start to believe them and feel your confidence begin to increase.
6. When negative thoughts come into your mind, 'note' the thought by simply acknowledging it as a thought ("oh, it's negative thought") and carry on with your day.
7. Begin acting 'as if' you are that person now. You will attract to yourself who you are being.
