25-year-old Refxhei Tola spends her free time volunteering in Albania, one of the poorest countries in Europe. Recent years have seen a small decrease in poverty, and Tola is convinced that it's a result of the work of the volunteers of her foundation, who have helped thousands of families in dire need.
