Spot Vortex sent me out this carpet spot remover to try. It uses multi layer extraction to remove tough spots and odors thoroughly and easily. It works with your plain old wet dry vacuum or a capet cleaning machine, you can see in the video I just use my cordless Ridgid wet dry vac. The kit comes with the 9" Spot Vortex unit itself, a small brush, a 1-1/4" adapter and a 2-1/2" adapter so you can hook it to most any vacuum. Just remember only use a wet dry vacuum or a carpet cleaner, NEVER use a dry vacuum cleaner with it. I have to say I was skeptical when I first got this as I used to detail cars and still have a professional extractor so I wasn't expecting much from this Spot Vortex but I gave it a change and I was very surprised it completely took out the stain that I had set it over. Just follow the instructions and it should work great for you! Side note I did not use their special cleaner I just used the carpet cleaner I use with my extractor and it did a great job and I was surprised to find the floor nearly dry after finishing up. I will definitely be using this for spots instead of having to prep my extractor and drag it inside, this works just as good and it's much less work!
