Remember the Sally Clark tragedy? Cheshire Police investigated Sally. She was imprisoned for murder of her infant sons, released by the Court of Appeal after three years in prison, but died aged 42 years in 2007. Cheshire Police appears to have learned nothing vis-a-vis statistics and expert evidence from Sally's trial and untimely death.
