Enjoy this beautiful performance by Jiayi Li, student of Dan Morin at Morin Music Studio in Calgary, Alberta.

After being selected to represent Calgary to compete at the Provincial, Jiayi won 1st Prize at the 2025 Alberta Provincial Finals and has been selected to represent Alberta at the Canada West Performing Arts Festival.

While she was competing at the 10-years-and-under category, it is worth noting that she was chosen to compete in the 13-years-and-under category at Canada West — a reflection of her remarkable musical maturity and skill.

Jiayi was the recipient of the Trevor & Trudy Ballard Scholarship.
